(We can cut these as a mix or in any combination you would like. Please check with us if you anticipate that you will need more than ½ lb of any variety at a time.) 

  • Arugula-green leaves and stems, strong flavor
  • Broccoli
  • Kogane Chinese cabbage-light green leaves
  • Mustard-green leaves with a spicy flavor
  • Red Giant Mustard-green and purple leaves with a good spicy flavor
  • Radish mix-green and purple
  • Red kale-red stems and ruffled third leaves
  • Purple kohlrabi-purple leaves and stems
