There is a great deal of information on your box label so it is important you read it on a regular basis to make sure the information we have for you is correct. If you need to make any changes to your label please send an email to: email@example.com.
Line 1: (highlighted space at the top of the label):
The day your box is delivered
The frequency – A or B – for the biweekly or Weekly
Driver's name or initials
The name(s) in which we have your account listed.
Please be sure any payments or requests for changes are identified with that name. Line 3:
Your delivery address
Where you want the driver to leave your box (if applicable)
“Excludes”: Up to 4 veggies you wish to exclude from your box. When applicable, we manually highlight your ‘Excludes’ and manually write in a ‘Like’ from your “Likes” list on Line 6.
“Likes”: Up to 4 veggies you like which we will use to substitute – when available - for any ‘Excludes’. If you do not provide us with any Likes, we will presume you like everything and will substitute with what we have the most of that week.
"SO" means standing order. Many subscribers sign-up to receive flowers, greens, etc., on a personal schedule.
Skips- if you have notified us to skip a box, the date(s) will be listed here.
